FAQ (Top 10)
1) What is The Nurse Advantage™?
The Nurse Advantage™ is a season-based education + professional development experience. Each season includes structured sessions, pathway guidance, and practical resources to help nurses and nursing students strengthen credentials, career direction, leadership positioning, and (where applicable) business foundations.
2) Is this accredited or does it provide CE credits?
No. The Nurse Advantage™ is not an accredited academic institution and does not provide college credit, licensure, CE hours, or clinical competencies. We provide general education and professional development content. Any credentialing or CE requirements are determined by third-party organizations.
3) Who can register?
Nurses and nursing students across levels (CNA/LPN/RN/BSN/MSN/NP/CRNA and students) may register. The intake form helps us understand your level and goals so we can recommend a pathway and resources that fit.
4) Why do I have to fill out an intake form?
The “application” is an intake form, not a selection process. It helps us gather your level, goals, and needs so we can personalize pathway recommendations, resources, and announcements. Everyone who registers (and pays) is in, as long as seats remain available.
5) Do seats ever sell out?
Yes. Seats may be limited to keep the experience high quality. If capacity is reached, registration may close. In that case, you may be offered the option to join the next cohort when registration reopens.
6) Do you guarantee jobs, promotions, scholarships, contracts, or income?
No. We do not guarantee employment, promotions, contracts, scholarships, revenue, or any specific results. We provide education, frameworks, tools, and guidance, but outcomes depend on your effort, credentials, and market conditions.
7) Is this medical, legal, or financial advice?
No. Content is for educational and informational purposes only and is not medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or clinical instruction. Always follow your employer policies, your board of nursing, and consult qualified professionals for decisions requiring professional review.
8) Will there be replays/recordings?
Some seasons may include replays for a limited time; others may not due to speaker agreements, privacy, or cohort rules. Replay availability and access length will be communicated during the season and/or inside registration.
9) Can I share templates, resources, or recordings with others?
No. All resources, templates, frameworks, and recordings are proprietary intellectual property of The Nurse Advantage™ and/or licensed contributors. Sharing, reselling, reposting, reproducing, or distributing program materials is prohibited and may result in removal without refund (subject to the posted refund policy).
10) What is your refund policy?
Your refund policy should be displayed in your Jotform checkout before payment is submitted. We recommend clearly stating: the refund window, whether access to materials affects eligibility, any fees, and what happens if a participant violates policies. Whatever policy you choose should be accepted at checkout as part of registration.
Disclaimers & Terms (Important)
Please read carefully. By registering and/or purchasing through Jotform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below and any additional terms presented at checkout.
1) Educational Purpose Only

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates community standards, engages in harassment, discrimination, doxxing, threats, illegal activity, or disruptive behavior, or who shares proprietary content. Removal decisions are made to protect participants and the brand. Refund eligibility (if any) will follow the refund policy presented at checkout.
8) Technology, Access, and Downtime
Access depends on third-party services (Jotform, email providers, streaming platforms, etc.). We are not responsible for outages, service interruptions, device limitations, or user error. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
